Can I start with a small trial order instead of a full container?
Yes. We accept sample orders (1–10 pcs, charged at unit price plus courier) and mixed-design trial orders below the standard MOQ.
Trial orders ship by air or express; once you move to sea freight we plan the container loading for you.
Do you make custom sizes and put our logo on the products?
Yes — custom dimensions, colour and weave are the reason most of our buyers work with us directly rather than through a trading company.
Logo can be applied as a woven label, a stamped leather-free tag, a printed hangtag or a branded gift box. Custom tooling/moulds may add cost for wooden parts; we confirm before quoting.
What certifications do you provide?
Willow woven items are covered by REACH / CE testing as recorded in our product data sheet.
For other materials we commission testing to the destination's standard on request (e.g. LFGB for Germany, Prop 65 for California).
We never claim a certification we have not actually obtained — the report is attached to the quotation.
How are goods packed for sea freight, and how do you reduce breakage?
Export-grade 5-layer cartons, inner cardboard separators for fragile shapes, and a container-loading plan supplied with the documents.
Carton size, pieces per carton and 40HQ loading quantity are listed per SKU in our data sheet, so you can compute landed cost before ordering.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A / CCPIT as required) and the test reports applicable to the item.
Fumigation / phytosanitary certificates are arranged where the destination requires them for plant-material goods — please confirm your market's rule with your broker.
Do you drop-ship or hold stock for online sellers?
We do not hold finished stock for drop-shipping. For e-commerce sellers we instead support repeatable production runs with consistent colours and a scheduled reorder window,
plus retail-ready packaging and product photo assets.
